Home Practice _Warm up, calm, restore!

Friends and lovely supporters of YogaCore.  As there are fewer opportunities to get together over the summer weeks I’ve posted a few little practices you can be practising! 

Here are the first three; lovely simple movements synchronised with your breathing.  They open the joints of the body and increase capacity to breathe efficiently and effectively; hopefully bringing calm and ease into your body and life.
